Just Getting Started
Welcome to Custom Zen! We just wanted to take a little time to tell you about us and why how Custom Zen came to be.
We are Matt and Nicole, the owners of Custom Zen LLC. We are married, have 6 children and live in the little town of Reed City, MI. We believe in teaching our children about hard work and determination. We both work full-time jobs outside the home and in the evenings we come home to create for our customers. Our motto is Relaxation YOUR Way because we know that everyone has different likes and should be able to choose things that make them happy.
One day Matt was having a bad day at work and thought to himself, "I need to relax, I need a zen garden!". Then he thought that it would be relaxing and fun to play in a kitty litter zen garden, and that is how our flagship product was born. From there we expanded to custom zen gardens, allowing our customers to choose from a large selection of items to build a garden that they can love for years to come. We decided a short time later to begin laser engraving. Our goal is to bring laughter and happiness to everyone. We offer many different laser engraved products with funny, serious, religious, and many other categories. We also offer custom engraving on our products. If there is something you want that you do not see on our website, use our live chat feature to contact us. We have in-house graphic design and can create just about anything.
Our main goal is to please our customers with quality products and friendly service. Too many times recently, we have come in contact with companies who do not put their customers first and do not focus on the quality of their products. As an example: We recently went to a fast-food restaurant chain and Matt ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich meal. Their first mistake was that we were not given the fries and drink for the meal. Once we received those, we headed home, only to find out that there was no chicken on his CHICKEN sandwich. Just a day after that, we went to a large chain pet supply store over an hour away from our home. We first verified on their website that the item we wanted was in stock. We arrived at the store only to find out that they did not have the item we wanted.
These are just a couple examples of why we strive to make our customers happy. We want each and every customer to feel like they are receiving a quality product that they are proud to show off. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our service, we will do EVERYTHING we can to make it right for you.
